By walking the path of self-care, deep self-awareness and authentic self-expression, Precious helps women experience the true inner peace, healing, and groundedness that they desire and deserve. She’s the founder of The Sit Life, a mindfulness movement and event series dedicated to helping black and brown women tackle mental health challenges by reconnecting with the self via meditation, mindfulness techniques, affirmations, and conversation.
Ashley Bohanon: Ashley is an Atlanta-based Thai bodywork therapist and yoga teacher, offering care from integrative East-meets-West science and soul. Teaching intelligent self-care resulting in active compassion is the heart of Boholistic Bodywork's greater mission. When not in the studio, Ashley is likely basking outdoors among greenery and local public art, playing in the kitchen, or snuggling with the cutest kitten around, Rawr.

She has provided therapeutic services for over 5 years in Georgia, with a heavy focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, and various disorders/populations. Sommer utilizes both her personal and professional experiences with mental health to spread awareness through her vulnerability and transparency. As a lover of crafts, she also handcrafts and sells hand-poured, phthalate-free fragranced soy candles that promote mental wellness. She continues to guide others toward healing on their individual journeys and continues to advocate for mental health services being widespread and accessible to our communities.
